Shipping Information

At Maison Melt, orders are shipped Monday–Friday excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days processing time for all in-stock items and 3-5 business days processing time for all pre-order/custom items, before shipment.

Once an order has been placed, processing begins automatically and orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled. Shipping addresses also cannot be updated after checkout, so please ensure all personal and delivery information is entered correctly before placing your order.

Maison Melt does not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or BFPO addresses. Orders placed using these address types may be cancelled without notice.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We recommend placing orders at least one week in advance to avoid any unexpected shipping delays.
